Unless expressly indicated, site content is free. Professional services are quoted by proposal and, when applicable, inclusive of taxes and fees according to local law. Billing and payment conditions will be set in the corresponding contract/proposal.

Clients/users in Brazil: these Terms are governed by Brazilian legislation and the LGPD. The forum of the district of São Paulo/SP is elected, waiving any other, except mandatory rules for consumer protection.

If there is a specific contract with its own forum/applicable law clause, the contract will prevail.
