This Policy explains how Wanzeller processes personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 - LGPD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR, applicable in Portugal and other countries in the European Economic Area. It applies to our websites, contact forms, WhatsApp communications, and third-party embedded content when present.
We are responsible for the processing when we determine the purposes and means of personal data processing. In some cases, we act as operators (sub-processors) for corporate clients, as per contract.

We do not use sensitive data in our standard operations. If a client shares their own content containing sensitive data, the processing will strictly follow contractual instructions.

By clicking “Accept”, you authorize all cookie categories listed below (functional, statistics/analytics, and marketing), including the loading of embedded content. By clicking “Decline”, we limit use to what is strictly necessary and keep embedded content blocked.

We share data with providers that support us in infrastructure, hosting, site functionality, and marketing, always under contracts and security measures compatible with LGPD/GDPR. We only share when necessary for the informed purpose, by legal obligation, or with your consent.
Some providers may process data outside your country. For the EU/Portugal, we use appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses). For Brazil, we observe the requirements of the LGPD for international transfers.
We adopt technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk, such as access control, encryption in transit, audit logs, and environment segregation. No measure is absolute; we evaluate and improve continuously.
We keep data only as long as necessary for the informed purposes and according to applicable legal and tax periods. After the period, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Our services are not intended for minors. If you believe we have collected a minor's data without proper authorization, please contact us for removal.
